Laser hair removal from Monaco: continue or complete your treatment course in Valbonne
Do you live, work or stay in Monaco, regularly or occasionally, and would you like to continue or complete laser hair removal in a medical setting? The Centre Laser Valbonne is on the French Riviera, in the heart of Valbonne village, with plenty of free car parks nearby. Dr Milène VERA is a medical doctor who has been working with lasers for more than 20 years. The process begins with a free preliminary consultation, which you can book on Doctolib.
Continuing or completing a treatment course, in a medical setting
Have you already had laser sessions elsewhere? We can take over the treatment course you started, even if a different technology was used. During the preliminary consultation, Dr VERA assesses your current hair growth and takes the sessions already carried out into account to adapt the treatment. Make a note of how many sessions you have had and which device was used: the doctor will ask you about this. The setting remains medical: the skin is examined, contraindications are checked and any complications are managed.
How long a session lasts
A session is short: about 5 minutes for the underarms and about 20 minutes for the lower legs. Several areas can be treated in a single session. For any questions between sessions, the team replies through Doctolib messaging.
The Riviera sun: getting the timing right
On the Riviera, the main constraint of laser hair removal is the sun. Tanned skin absorbs part of the laser energy, which creates a risk of burns and marks; for this reason, no session takes place on an area exposed to the sun in the previous two weeks. Starting in autumn is the simplest option. Throughout the treatment course, apply SPF 50 sunscreen to the treated areas.
What sets the Centre Laser Valbonne apart
Medical experience with lasers: Dr Milène VERA has been using them for more than 20 years.
A medical setting from the start: every treatment is preceded by a skin examination, a check for contraindications and the definition of your treatment course.
A supervised first session: Dr VERA supervises it and sets the laser herself, according to your skin and hair.
Medical care: any complications are managed by the doctor, who can also prescribe, if needed, an anaesthetic cream or a cortisone-based cream.
How to get started
